Get the inside story from Out There visiting artists in a variety of workshops throughout the month. Free with a paid ticket for the performance, but space is limited. To make a reservation, call 612.375.7581. Workshops are held at the Southern Theater.

Join Bill Shannon for an informal video presentation, a movement demonstration, and a behind-the-scenes discussion about his life and work.

JANUARY 13, 4-5:30 PM
GOB SQUAD
Fine-tune your pop-culture appreciation in this playful open discussion. Gob Squad members will talk about their work in stage, radio, Internet, and other performance-art forms.

JANUARY 20, 2-3:30 PM
IMPROBABLE THEATRE
Learn object and found-material manipulation from these inventive British puppet-theater artists. Participants are encouraged to bring puppets and/or objects. All ages welcome. Limited to 20 people.

TERE O'CONNOR DANCE
Explore Tere O'Connor's innovative dance language and investigate concepts of body architecture and locomotion. Open to all levels and abilities. Limited to 25 people.
