A significant number of women film- and videomakers live near of the site of the World Trade Center, and many experienced the events of September 11 firsthand, unfiltered by media coverage. The works in this program were collected by New York filmmaker Pola Rapaport: "It is a very alive group of work, changing every day as the makers confront the material they have filmed as an immediate response to the greatest disaster they have ever experienced." A discussion led by Rapaport follows.
