A unique, exciting community program, Stitch of Time brings generations together to create and learn about the history of fiber art and its relationship to life today, while honoring the power of symbols, cultural traditions, and their connections to social action. This vivid exhibition of "story cloths" shares some of the experiences of people at the Association for the Advancement of Hmong Women in Minnesota, Northside Wellness, Skills for Tomorrow Junior and Senior High School, Summit Academy, OIC, Family Support Network, and Plymouth Youth Center North with Families of Murdered Children and St. Olaf Church, all of whom recently participated in the Stitch of Time program.
