DIVERSITY
The Walker Art Center is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer: over 10% of the staff are people of color and people with disabilities; and women comprise over half of Walker's workforce. Staff dedication and loyalty is evidenced by the fact that almost half of the current employees have from 5 to 35 years of seniority.

BENEFITS
The Walker Art Center offers an excellent benefit package to full- and some part-time staff: medical, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation time, paid holidays, a generous retirement plan, and coverage for opposite/same sex domestic partnerships.
