Reminiscent of the films of Chantal Akerman, Martin Scorsese, David Lynch, and Man Ray, Migrating Forms puts the audience in the voyeur's seat as a bizarre woman and a coarse man in an apartment repeatedly make love, smoke cigarettes, and drink water. All the while, the couple is watched by the man's mysterious cat. Winner of the Best Feature award at the New York Underground Film Festival and runner-up on Village Voice writer Amy Taubin's Year-End Top Ten List. 1999, U.S., BW, 16mm, 80 minutes.
