During a behind-the-scenes tour of the Walker Art Center's New Media Initiatives Department, Kjell Olson was surprised by the large amount of material being generated by such a small staff. While visiting, he sat down at one of the computers and spent some time perusing the artists' commissions and educational programs online. He also took a sneak preview of his own first interview for Through Your Eyes. Kjell found some projects "really interesting" and others "old-fashioned" and "boring," then speculated that perhaps he plays "too many computer games?" Via e-mail, Kjell shared his impressions of the online projects he explored.
