Amuse-bouche, or “a mouth amuser,” is a one-bite meal that expresses the creativity of its maker. Make your own Minnesota cuisine experiments, blending flavors and taste profiles. When you find the perfect playful-mouthful, swap your amuse-bouche with others and add to the artist’s ‘Tastes-of-Minnesota’ collection.

Remember, it’s a game, not a meal, so bring your own favorite Summer-in-Minnesota flavor/ingredient to share and mix-and-match with others. What will the DiSalvo’s secret ingredient be? You’ll have to come, share, taste, and play the flavor game to find out.

(This truly is about tastes, shot-glass sized, so if you’re looking for something more substantive, feel free to grab dinner at the D’Amico Garden Grill before or after you amuse your bouche!)
