Tastings with Chef-in-Residence Jack Riebel

Thursday evenings at Gather by D’Amico feature $5 small plates and drink specials, and “limited edition” dishes from a roster of stellar guest chefs who share tastings each month.

Get together with Jack Riebel, who helmed the kitchens at the Dakota, Goodfellow’s, and La Belle Vie before recently opening his own restaurant, Butcher and the Boar. His small-plates menu for the month of November features jerked pork rib with mango and ginger glaze, and wild boar headcheese with yellow mustard vinaigrette and toast.
