DESCRIPTION:Find out what the members of the Kitchen Lab Collective—Susy
  Bielak\, Anna Bierbrauer\, Carl and Betsy DiSalvo\, Erin Garnaas-Holmes\,
  Rebecca Krinke\, Derek Schilling\, Sarah Schultz\, Emily Stover\, and the
 ir students—have been up to during their residency on Walker Open Field.
   At this unveiling of the Kitchen Lab\, the public is invited to investig
 ate the modular kitchen prototypes this team has created in their quest to
  find out what a kitchen is\, and can be.\nCome talk to the creators and o
 ther interested folks about the functional and metaphorical limitations of
  this thing we all know and love called the kitchen.\nJoin us to play\, in
 teract with and observe these modular kitchen units\, and starting at 8 pm
 \, you can also experience Picnic Operetta Table Grace as part of Acoustic
  Campfire! Sing along with the cast of Mixed Precipitation's 2012 communit
 y garden opera to songs that praise gastronomy\, including music by local 
 composer Abbie Betinis.  Bring a song or snack to share.  Special guests i
 nclude the SeVy Gospel Quartet (pronounced say-v) and their family blend o
 f tasty harmonies.\n\nOf course\, the D'Amico Garden Grill will be open to
  satisfy your hunger for food once your curiosity surrounding Kitchen Lab 
 and Picnic Operetta has been quenched!
