Free First Saturday: Close Encounters

Playful interventions and artist projects inspire you to look closely and ask questions.

Enjoy free gallery admission and family fun for all on the first Saturday of each month. Activities designed for kids ages 6 to 12 are offered from 10 am to 3 pm.

Art-Making: Mirror Images

10 am–3 pm
Star Tribune Foundation Art Lab
Make a reflective sculpture that may show the hidden you in this activity inspired by the work of artist Jim Hodges.

Film: The Flame and the Cotton Ball
