Nancy Spector on Richard Prince

Flash must be enabled to see the video player.

Join exhibition curator Nancy Spector for an afternoon of ideas on the work of Richard Prince. Images of the artists major series illustrate this discussion of the ways that his focus on ordinary elements of American culture alters our sense of reality. Spector is chief curator at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, where she has organized exhibitions on conceptual photography, the work of Felix Gonzalez-Torres, and Matthew Barneys Cremaster cycle.

Presented in conjunction with the exhibition Richard Prince: Spiritual America.
