When will I receive my new membership cards?
Membership packets are sent each week, so you should receive your new cards within two weeks of joining or renewing. If you would like to visit before your new cards arrive, as long as we have received your dues you can show a picture ID at the lobby desk and a visitor services staff member can look you up in our system.
Can I bring a guest when I visit the galleries?
Your membership benefits are for you. Dual-level members and above receive two guess passes annually. Guest passes live virtually in your membership account. To use them, just let the staff member welcoming you at the lobby desk know how many you would like to use and you will receive complimentary gallery tab(s) for your guest(s).
How many guests can I bring to member events?
You are welcome to bring up to two guests unless otherwise noted.
Can family or friends use my membership card?
Memberships are not transferable; only the cardholder is entitled to use the card. The cardholder must be present in order for the a guest to take advantage of a member guest pass.
Can I pay for my membership through a charitable trust, foundation, or donor-advised fund?
Absolutely. Just make sure the corresponding paperwork has your name on it.
What should I do if I lose my membership card?
Please visit a lobby desk or contact the Membership Office at 612.375.7655 and email@example.com to request a replacement card. You can continue to take advantage of your membership benefits by presenting a photo ID at the lobby desk.
What is the easiest way for me to update my contact information?
Visit secure.walkerart.org and log in to change it yourself immediately. You can also mention it to a staff person at a lobby desk or contact the Membership Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 612.375.7655 (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm).
How can I check my membership status?

How do I start/stop receiving Dwell magazine?
Your complimentary Dwell subscription will begin when you join the Walker and continue for an additional year when you renew your membership. You may also let us know when joining or renewing if you would like to decline this benefit. At any other time, you must cancel this gift by calling Dwell directly at 877.939.3553.
