Alone or with friends, come explore the field, your impulses, and the surrounding city through playful prompts designed to sharpen senses and stoke imaginations. This is mindfulness, the practice of being fully present in each moment with a stance of receptivity, openness, acceptance and non-judgment. The Walker Art Center and Moment Health, a UnitedHealth Group business, invite you to learn more about the science behind mindfulness, engage in a brief group mindfulness meditation and feel first-hand the impact this time honored practice can have on your life.
