Tai-chi is an ancient Chinese martial art, a kind of moving meditation, known for its ability to mobilize energy and benefit physical, mental, and emotional health.  Executing the slow, steady motions of the form is a way of slowing down time; those who perform the movements as well as those who watch are visibly and energetically moved.  Twin Cities T’ai-Chi Ch’uan Studio will do the t’ai-chi form and other related arts, including sword form, saber form, and two-person dance.
