Will my tickets be mailed to me?
Tickets can be held for pick-up at the box office or mailed if your order was placed at least five days in advance of event. Advance tickets to the British Arrows Awards, Walker After Hours, and Rock the Garden are usually mailed. Review your e-mail confirmation for details.
The event I’m attending is not at the Walker. Which venue do I contact with questions?
If tickets were purchased through the Walker, please direct your questions to the Walker box office. For directions and parking information, see here.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
Will call tickets for events at the Walker are available at the lobby desk. For events in the McGuire Theater, pick up tickets in the Hennepin Lobby (take elevator from parking garage to level L). For shows in the Cinema, tickets are at the adjacent Bazinet Garden Lobby desk.
Will call tickets are available at off-site venues one hour prior to the event.
I’m interested in attending a free event. How do I get tickets?
Unless otherwise noted, tickets for free events must be obtained in-person at the Walker. Free tickets are available at the lobby desk one hour prior to the event. Tickets to free events are not available for advance reservations.
I am unsure if my order went through correctly. What should I do?
If you have clicked “submit” for your order, but didn’t receive a confirmation, please check your e-mail. If you didn’t receive an e-mail confirmation, call the box office at 612.375.7600.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Tickets may be exchanged for the same show with 24-hour advance notice. Exchanges for different events are not permitted. We regret that no refunds can be made. If you are exchanging for a discounted or higher priced show, you will not receive money back and will be charged the difference. Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be returned prior to the event as a tax-deductible contribution (please ask the box office for a form).
