Classroom Lesson Plans

These lessons are designed to help prepare students for a Walker field trip. They’re also great for teachers sharing contemporary art without an in-person visit.

Each lesson ranges in length from 45 to 90 minutes and are are accompanied by PowerPoint slides featuring artworks from the Walker’s collection. They are designed to meet Minnesota state academic standards in a range of subjects.
