Not virtual. Not over the phone. Not through a screen. St. Paul’s analog activists Present Company invite you to unplug and embrace connection during this night of in-person art-making, exploring analog tech, retro games, and conversations about fashion and how trends naturally evolve and cycle back over time. Stop by for DIY Polaroid photos, and other vintage artifacts, in the Cargill Lounge.

This event is part of Free Thursday Nights. Galleries are open late and free from 5 to 9 pm.

Bio

Megan “Mick” Grotzke started Present Company in 2025, after abruptly ending her career in government with no clear path forward. Living with mounting chronic health issues and disabling conditions changed the trajectory of her life. Leaning into creative pursuits helped her heal and find joy in the mundane, connecting with others and building community around offline living and intentional disconnection. Grotzke and her husband are both multigenerational Montanans, settling in St. Paul with their three teenagers and numerous pets two years ago. Her background is in photography, communications, and design, but meeting new people is what keeps her inspired.
