Art Club: Guest Artist Odd Mart
Event Details
In collaboration with the Insight Design Series, Art Club hosts local “store of the strange” Odd Mart in a special hands-on workshop. With guest artist Matthew Eng, better known as “Monster Matt,” you’ll design your own creatures in a DIY flipbook where you can mix and match the grotesque features of each monster you draw.
Visit the Walker galleries for inspiration or come with your own ideas and create freely. Instructions for simple activities will be available. Materials are provided and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis; supplies are limited. No prior registration is required for Art Club. The more you visit, the more you’ll discover. The Walker Library will be closed tonight, reopening to the public next week on April 3.
Gallery admission is free on Thursday nights, 5–9 pm. Save time and reserve your gallery admission tickets online. Please note: Individual events during Free Thursday Nights are first-come, first-served.
