Join artist Suzanne Jackson for a discussion of her new retrospective Suzanne Jackson: What Is Love with exhibition curator Taylor Jasper. Together, they will trace the evolution of the artist’s practice, from early figurative paintings to the abstract hanging acrylic works she has developed over the past two decades. They will also discuss the creative resonances present in her work, reflecting on material, memory, and the long arc of a life in art. A moderated Q&A follows the talk. Come early to enjoy libations from a cash bar in the lobby.

This event requires a free ticket. Registration is available online. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Gallery admission is free on Thursday nights, 5–9 pm.
