Craig Baldwin Artist Talk and Filmmaking Class

Craig Baldwin is an experimental film artist who recycles found footage from the ’50s and ’60s and redesigns it into conspiracy-filled digital dialogues. We brought him into the Walker for a month long residency with local teenagers. They made cut-and-splice films, exhibited them in a fort made out of bedsheets, and manipulated the soundtracks on a thrift store turntable. It grossed 35 million and Hollywood came a’calling!!! Variety magazine reports that Edward Norton has already signed on to play the soiled bedsheets.
