Guest chefs unveil specially created small plates at free tastings on the first Thursday of each month. Justin Frederick of D’Amico Kitchen is featured in April.
At age 19, Frederick started cooking after his first taste of confit and has been with D’Amico and Partners since 1998. He spent several years cooking contemporary Mexican cuisine at MASA, Gather’s sister restaurant on Nicollet Mall, and prior to that at Giorgio’s, Café Lurcat, Tryg’s, and
Grand Café.
