Teen Maker Break
Event Details
Tickets & Info
Meet other creative teens and experiment with new mediums and processes at a monthly art-making hangout. Each session features a new project to try and space to chill.
In January, join us for a special session of design luminary R. Buckminster Fuller’s World Game hosted by Benjamin Lowder, an artist, educator, and director of the Fuller Dome Center for Spirituality and Sustainability. This highly participatory game encourages collaboration over competition and invites players to, in Fuller’s words, “make the world work for 100 percent of humanity in the shortest possible time through spontaneous cooperation without ecological offense or the disadvantage of anyone.”
Game play begins at 1 pm and will last around 4 hours. If you would like to learn more about participating in the World Game, please complete this interest form. Spaces are open to teens aged 13 to 19.
No advance registration is required to observe the Game—just stop by. Free snacks and all materials are provided.
