Dance Now: Perception and Influence

Join us at Bryant-Lake Bowl for an artist-focused panel about the representation of the body in dance.

For this discussion, Walker visiting artist Luis Garay (Maneries) will be joined by choreographers BodyCartography Project (Olive Bieringa and Otto Ramstad) and Kenna-Camara Cottman. The artists will consider ways in which cultural, social, and political connotations influence perceptions of dance and the meanings imposed on performing bodies. Facilitated by Justin Jones.
