Support the Walker Reconstruction Project!

The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board has completely renovated the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden in partnership with the Walker. In addition, the Walker has initiated a capital campaign to landscape the five-acre greenspace adjacent to the Walker, add a new main entrance and restaurant, renovate the entire facade of our iconic 1971 building, and grow the institution’s operating endowment. When the campaign is complete, the Walker campus and Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will feature 60 outdoor artworks across 19 acres, including nearly 20 major new sculptures.

Support provided to the Walker Art Center’s capital campaign to unify the Walker and Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will ensure a more welcoming and environmentally sustainable 19-acre destination for the next generation. Your gift will also make the conservation of outdoor artworks and educational programming in the Garden and elsewhere at the Walker possible. All gifts are 100% tax-deductible. Donations of $500 or more will receive recognition in the Walker’s Annual Report.

Thank you for considering a 100% tax-deductible gift to make the Walker’s forward-thinking campus plan a reality for the next generation of art lovers and beyond.

The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is a joint project of the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board and the Walker Art Center. To learn more about the Walker Art Center and Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, please visit walkerart.org/garden.
