Experience movement as medicine this summer with an evening of healing hosted by a local dance collective focused on uplifting BIPOC men.

Following a social hour from 5 to 6 pm, visitors are encouraged to participate in a meditative movement workshop led by Twin Cities–based dancer and choreographer Colin Edwards, founder of Meridian Movement. The session is designed to gently reset your nervous system, accompanied by live music. Enjoy a performance of Shadow on the Sun, a new duet by company dancers, and engage in a community dialogue on redefining masculinity.

Meridian Movement Co. is dedicated to exploring intersections of street and concert dance through performance, education, redefinition of masculinity, and cultural exchange.

A cash bar will be available, featuring a selection of drinks and cocktails.

Galleries are open late and free on Thursday nights from 5 to 9 pm.
