Art Club: Think Outside the Chair

Each Thursday, get creative and experiment with new mediums and ideas at Art Club. Expand your design imagination and create an object to sit on. It might be more complex than you think! The workshop touches on ideas of materiality, form, and intentionality all present in the Walker Design Triennial: Beyond Materialism. 

Workshop instructions are designed for all skill levels; no prior experience required. Materials are provided and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Supplies and space are limited; please arrive early to claim a station.  

Art Club is part of Free Thursday Nights—enjoy free gallery admission from 5 to 9 pm. Free admission tickets are available online in advance and on-site on the event day from the Main Lobby desk.
