Art Club: Triennial Textiles

Each Thursday, get creative and experiment with new mediums and ideas at Art Club. Get hands-on with some of the ideas of pattern, texture, and material play found throughout the Walker Design Triennial: Beyond Materialism. You will learn basic techniques and experiment with different approaches to design while weaving your own small textile on a simple loom. 

Workshop instructions are designed for adults of any skill level; no prior experience required. Materials are provided and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Supplies and space are limited; please arrive early to claim a station. 

Art Club is part of Free Thursday Nights—enjoy free gallery admission from 5 to 9 pm. Free admission tickets are available online in advance and on-site on the event day from the Main Lobby desk.
